At Transmotors, we offer customized mobility solutions: full conversions of various vehicles, fine-tuned to your exact needs and requirements. After we receive the customer’s specifications and purchase order, we either source the vehicle and required accessories to our own workshop, or we use a vehicle that we already have in stock. We design and perform the conversion ourselves, for a swift process. When the conversion has been completed, we ensure that your vehicle reaches your destination in the quickest way possible. We ship our vehicles anywhere around the globe, no matter how remote the location may be. We carry out our own logistics and do our own paperwork. This prevents any obstructions at customs control – and thus delays – making urgent shipments possible.
We do not offer just conversions of vehicles. We also have countless spare parts in stock at all times. If your part is not in stock, we will help you find any part or accessory that you may need to keep your vehicles and business running.
THE ORDER PROCESS WORKS AS FOLLOWS:
Customer specifications and orders intake
We receive specific customer requests and requirements for commercial vehicles and accessories. We analyze and discuss the technical specifications and requirements with the customer.
Imports: sourcing and logistics
We select and source the required materials and parts from suppliers. We plan and manage logistical processes in such a way that we receive the materials and accessories on time.
Conversions: manufacturing and assembly:
We assemble the commercial vehicles with the integration of accessories according to the customer’s specifications. Our quality control and tests during the manufacturing process ensure the conversion meets requirements.
Quality checks: quality control and certification:
We perform extensive quality checks and testing to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. If required, we can also provide certification of products according to international and local standards.
documentation and customs
We prepare all the required export and customs documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates. We will ensure compliance with international trade regulations, for a swift process at customs control.
Shipping and transportation
We coordinate the transportation and shipping to the destination, including the choice of transportation method – by truck, ship, or airplane. To prevent damage during transportation, both vehicles and parts are packaged according to the export standards.
After-sales and maintenance
We provide after-sales service, which includes maintenance and troubleshooting support. Once an order has arrived, we can provide support for on-site installation of a company vehicle and/or parts. We can also provide training and other support for the end-users. In addition, we continue to provide spare parts and technical support during the vehicle’s or product’s lifecycle.
Each step described above requires detailed planning, coordination and communication. Our process ensures that the products are delivered on time and meet the specific requirements of the industry they’re used in.
Design and engineering
Based on customer-requirements, we develop customized designs. We carry out technical evaluations to ensure designs meet industry standards and safety norms.
