EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
Transmotors has the status of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). Customs control is often subject to delays, but our AEO-status allows us to ship your vehicle(s) swiftly and smoothly. We optimize delivery trajectories worldwide, and we arrange timely logistics at the port of destination to deliver your vehicles in time. We prepare all of the required export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates. In addition, we can monitor overseas deliveries, whether it’s spare parts, a single converted vehicle or a shipment of with a larger batch of vehicles to any destination.
After-sales and Maintenance
We provide after-sales service, including maintenance and troubleshooting support. We continue to provide spare parts and technical support during the vehicle’s or product’s lifecycle. Once an order has arrived at client’s premises, we can provide support for on-site installation. We can also provide training and other support for the end-users.
